Michael is a holistic Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher, with almost twenty years of experience supporting individuals to create positive changes and overcome challenges. His background in support and intervention deeply shapes his practice today, informing a grounded, attuned, and person-centred approach to wellbeing.

In 2015, Michael began formal training in bodywork after recognising the profound impact that physical and emotional tension have on overall health. Initially training as a Yoga Teacher, before expanding into Thai massage, remedial massage, and later Sports Massage Therapy, his ongoing professional development includes training in soft-tissue therapy, Yoga Therapy, functional assessment, pain science, Reiki, Meditation Coaching, and nervous-system regulation, alongside continual study of anatomy and integrated approaches to human health.

Michael’s work focuses on the connection between the body, the nervous system, and lived experience. He supports clients to understand patterns of stress and tension, restore mobility, reduce pain, and reconnect with their bodies in a meaningful way. His treatments blend evidence-informed techniques with a holistic understanding of the whole person, recognising that physical wellbeing is inseparable from lifestyle, emotional load, and individual circumstances.

Each session is tailored to the client’s needs on the day, whether targeted therapeutic work, restorative relaxation, or a combined approach. Michael places high value on safety, clarity, and creating a calm, grounded space where clients feel genuinely supported.

His aim is simple: to use skilled bodywork and healing touch as a foundation for better health, helping people feel more at ease in their bodies and more equipped to sustain their wellbeing over time.
